Stepping up

To help us lead mankind towards a whole new future, we are looking for participants and supporters.

Participants

Role: To learn deeply. To step up to the challenge. To commit to a super-ordinate goal and prepare to serve mankind.

Requirements: You will have a high level of self-awareness and be ready to examine your own assumptions. You will be self responsible, high on integrity, ready to lay your ego aside and willing to contribute to a bigger picture. You will think creatively, spot patterns in complex situations and value multiple bottom line solutions. You should have a basic awareness of the ‘Big 3’. These qualities together with experience of significant personal change is more important than any particular job you’ve done.

Supporters

Role: You will provide something special that smoothes the running and the path ahead for the Hotter Earth Leadership initiative.

Requirements: You may be a natural organiser with experience in event management. You may be a sponsor with funds available to support a bursary scheme. You may be a researcher with expert knowledge on the ‘Big 3.’ You may simply recognise what we’re up to and feel moved to let someone else know. Whatever the role, you will know that this is important and that you need to contribute.

If you’re right for HELP you’ll already know that this is not just another leadership programme. We don’t want to meet you if you’re still wondering how this can further your personal progress, help you deliver on some disconnected objectives, assuage some guilt or otherwise contribute to business as usual in the existing paradigm.

HELP will require participants to engage in some significant ‘inside work.’ It will also facilitate a serious evaluation of your ‘outside work.’ Bringing the inside and the outside together may be a profound experience. We want to meet people who are prepared for this and where it may lead them.
