We need to find alternative ways of fueling our industries and better ways of living in our homes. We need to get the principles of one-planet living integrated into every aspect of our lives.

Transformation on the inside

We need to get honest with ourselves, burst through the illusions that are maintaining the problem and start privileging the plain truth. There is some serious letting go and soul searching to do. No change will be sustained on the outside if it isn’t manifested from a congruent state on the inside.

Leaders for a hotter earth

The leaders that we are imagining for the 21st century will stand apart from those we have seen so far. They will have the ability to connect to truth and to transcend preferences, interests and agendas. Ultimately, they will serve life itself.

The task of the leaders of tomorrow is to develop themselves today so that they will be fit to guide others into the future. The Hotter Earth Leadership Programme starts the development of the leadership capacity we will very soon need. This is no small undertaking and the time is now.
