What happens then?

Broad as well as deep

A series of Hotter Earth Leadership Programmes will roll out around the world over the next five years. We anticipate that a profound level of engagement will grow around this initiative. We hope that all sorts of people will tap into the rich thinking that will flow from these events and that a host of spin-off activities will arise.

Individuals

We expect that graduates of HELP will seek to influence the way we live in almost every area of human life. Individuals will make a difference with powerful new thinking, profound understanding, courage and compassion. They will make a difference with every decision they make and every word they speak.

In The Collective

Participants will be encouraged to continue their development and will be supported in many ways after their attendance on the Hotter Earth Leadership Programme. HELP will become a repository of resources available for graduates and a clearing house for ideas and projects. Graduates will have the opportunity of assisting on future HELP programmes in their area.

Conferences will invite graduates of the programme to contribute and collaborate around the strategic themes and opportunities that have arisen from the leadership events. The learning outputs from events will be made available via the internet.

The content and process of this initiative might be adapted for regional development reviews, major partnership projects, national and international policy development.
